The service
johto.data provides subscription lead feeds compiled from public records ("Data"), delivered by email or shared spreadsheet, and self-serve tools on the Apify platform. Apify Actors are also subject to Apify's terms.
Subscriptions and trials
Plans are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Free trials last 7 days, need no card, and do not renew automatically. Founding prices apply to the first 10 customers and are locked for 3 months.
Permitted use
The Data is licensed for your internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense or publish the Data without written permission.
Your compliance obligations
You are solely responsible for how you contact anyone in the Data, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and privacy laws, and insurance solicitation rules. You must not autodial, use prerecorded messages, or text cell numbers without prior express consent.
No warranty
The Data is provided "as is" from public sources and may contain errors or be out of date. A new USDOT number does not mean active operating authority or insurance on file. johto.data is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any city or county.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
